Dachshunds aren't shaped like other dogs, and most pet products aren't made with them in mind. That gap is the whole reason The Doxie Life exists.
A harness cut for an average small dog rides up on a long chest. A round bed leaves nowhere to burrow. A ramp built for taller legs sits at an angle a short-legged dog won't use. None of this is complicated — it simply isn't what a general pet catalogue is designed around.
So we keep the range deliberately small, and judge everything against a single question: does this actually work for a long back and short legs? If the answer is no, it doesn't go on the site.
We ship within the United States, we publish our real processing and delivery times, and we would rather lose a sale than overstate a delivery date.
